Shipping Policies -Please allow up to two weeks for shipping of domestic orders and up to four weeks for the shipping of international orders. This policy allows us to cover Backordered, Special Order Items, Large Quantity Orders, or items that we are waiting to be delivered with our regular inventory deliveries You will receive an email from Constantino Gross Enterprises with the subject line: Constantino Gross Enterprises has sent you a package. it will have the date the package was shipped along with your tracking number. and a link to track your package on line.

We are not responsible for any damages that may occur during shipping.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: By placing an order from this site you agree to all the terms and conditions of this site, it's owners and operators, BT Productions and it's parent company Constantino Gross Enterprises as they apply to orders, returns, refunds, damages that occur during shipping, shipping charges, and all other conditions that may effect any order you place from this site.

1) Your are responsible for ALL charges for all orders you place.

2) We DO NOT offer REFUNDS on INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

3) If your order is refused by YOU or Customs Officials in your country or ours. YOU ARE STILL RESPONSIBLE for ALL charges for any and all Orders you placed.

4)  We are not responsible for any damages that may occur during shipping.

5)  If your order is refused by YOU or THE CUSTOMS DEPT. and you want us to re-ship the order to you after we receive it back, you will be billed the additional shipping changes

6) Please be aware that we are not responsible for possible confiscations by Customs Officials in your country or ours. 

7) Most shipments are sent within 21 days.

8) If you are ordering large quantities additional time may be required for delivery due to inventory or stocking limitations.

9) If you select US shipping by mistake you will be billed any and all additional shipping charges for your international shipping.

We are not responsible for any damages that may occur during shipping.

If you receive a defective product directly from us, send it back within 30 days of purchase, and after contacting us for your RMA number first, via U.S. Priority Mail and we will replace the product for the exact same product.

NO exchanges on any items that are not defective. All sales are final. Please contact us at orders@bt-productions.com to receive your (RMA) number before returning ANY items.

NO ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Your order is sent directly to the shipping department for processing. Be sure that your order is correct before hitting the SUBMIT ORDER button. ALL CONFIRMED ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED.

It is  the customer's responsibility to return the items purchased for an item for item exchange, some items may require a $10.00 re-stocking fee.

We do not issue refunds! We will exchange only defective items. Defective items will be replaced with replacement items of the same description as the items from the original order. Due to laws and regulations, we cannot accept returns on underwear, condoms, adult toys, or any other personal items.  Items may ONLY be returned for exchange, if found defective by us. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Please note: we do not issue refunds.  In the event of defective product exchange, there will be no additional shipping charge to you.

It is and continues to be BT Productions policy NOT to sell, lend, lease, or otherwise provide your mailing or any other personal information to any other company or individual. This is not just idle talk, ask anyone who's ever done business with us. Whether ordering online or off, you always have the option of receiving or not receiving mailings and e-mail. BT Productions will be judicious in the use of e-mail and postal mailings to communicate with customers. We will, at all times, put ourselves in the place of the recipients of our mail and treat our customers as we ourselves would like to be treated.
